The decisions considered. The details coordinated. A trip shaped around you.

iiimmerse is developing a personal travel concierge service for travelers who want to spend less time choosing and coordinating. The aim is simple: understand the immersion you want, present a considered plan, and help bring the journey together.

## Start with the way you want to feel

You might have a destination in mind, or only a sense of what you need: mountain air, a quiet coast, a city full of good food, or time together. We plan to start with your dates, budget, pace, interests, and the people coming with you.

The result should be a small set of fitting choices, with the reasons behind them. You keep control of the decisions that matter without carrying all the research.

## A plan that connects the whole trip

The intended concierge experience brings discovery, trip design, and coordination into one service. Before any commitment, the scope and travel costs will be clear.

- Destination and accommodation choices matched to your brief.
- An itinerary with a comfortable pace and room to explore.
- Coordination of agreed bookings, experiences, and transfers.
- Preparation and packing guidance for the trip.
- A personal point of contact within the support scope agreed for your journey.

## One clear concierge fee

The planned model is a flat service fee for an agreed scope. Flights, accommodation, meals, experiences, and other travel expenses are separate unless a quote explicitly includes them.

Pricing, revisions, support hours, and booking availability will be confirmed at launch. This page introduces the service we are building; it is not a currently bookable package.

## For individuals, couples, families, and groups

A solo escape may need a very different pace from a family holiday or a trip with friends. Room arrangements, shared experiences, independent time, and practical needs should shape the plan from the beginning.

## Do I need to know where I want to go?

No. Helping narrow down the right destination is part of the intended discovery process. A clear budget, date window, and sense of the experience you want are useful starting points.

## Can I book parts of the trip myself?

The right division of responsibility should be agreed before planning begins. If you mainly want a prepared plan and prefer to make your own reservations, a curated itinerary may be the better fit.
